Use of Artificial Intelligence for Reservations and Customer Service We utilize an automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) service provider, Hueman AI, and its virtual agent "Emily" to facilitate guest reservations and customer support.

  • Nature of Processing: When you contact us via telephone or our digital messaging channels, you may interact with Emily. This AI system processes natural language (voice or text) to understand your intent and perform actions such as checking availability or creating a booking in our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Data Collected: To fulfill your requests, Emily may collect personal identifiers including your name, contact details, food preferences, and payment information (processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways).
  • Recording and Transcription: For quality assurance, training, and accurate booking fulfillment, voice calls and text chats with Isabella are recorded and transcribed. These records are stored securely and encrypted.
  • Human Intervention: You may request to speak with a human staff member at any time during your interaction with Isabella. If Emily is unable to fulfill a complex request, your call/chat and the associated transcript will be routed to our front-of-house team.
  • Your Rights: Data processed by Emily is subject to the same rights of access, rectification, and erasure as all other personal data we hold.
